Metro PoPs and carrier-neutral cores.
Points of presence across Nairobi, Kiambu and Kajiado, cores in Africa Data Centres and Icolo facilities in Nairobi and Mombasa, and an open peering policy on our own autonomous system.
From upstream to your handoff.
Upstream transit and IXP peering land in carrier-neutral cores, sourced from a mix of Tier 1 and Tier 2 providers for reliable capacity countrywide and globally. Metro PoPs aggregate from there. Customers connect at whichever layer suits them.
Service schematic. Detailed physical topology, capacities and route diversity are shared under NDA during commercial discussion.
Where our PoPs are.
We operate 27 points of presence across three counties in the greater Nairobi metropolitan area, positioned to sit at the edge of the businesses we serve. If your site is near one, delivery is short, quick and cheaper.
Not sure whether you are in reach? Send us the address. If we cannot serve it from an existing PoP we will tell you what an extension would take rather than quietly quote you a long build.
Nairobi County
Metro PoPs across the city, alongside our core presence in the Nairobi data centres.
Kiambu County
PoPs serving the northern metro corridor and its growing residential and business estates.
Kajiado County
PoPs covering the southern metro corridor, including the fast-developing Nairobi fringe.

Carrier-neutral, in both major landing markets.
Our cores sit in facilities where the other networks already are — which is what makes peering, transit and cross-connects quick to arrange rather than a project.

SLA-backed, and quoted against your actual site.
Every service we sell carries a service level agreement. The committed availability, response targets and remedies are set out in your service order.
We quote them per site rather than publishing one headline number, because the honest figure differs: a service delivered inside a carrier-neutral data centre and a service delivered over a metro PoP to a customer premises are not the same risk, and pretending otherwise would be a promise we could not keep uniformly.
Ask us for the SLA that applies to your delivery point and we will put it in writing before you sign anything.
What the SLA covers
- Committed availability for your delivery point
- Fault response and escalation targets
- Time-to-restore commitments
- Planned maintenance notice periods
- Service credits where targets are missed
Open policy. Email the NOC.
Traffic that stays in Kenya stays fast. If you are present where we are, we would like to peer — no ratio requirements, no lengthy negotiation.

Need transit rather than settlement-free peering? IP transit and DIA are available from the same network.
Lower latency
Direct interconnection means fewer hops and better round-trip times for end users on both networks.
