Avitech Cloud Services

The billing system started as a complaint.

Avitech Cloud Services, a subsidiary of Avitech Solutions Ltd, exists because of what our ISP clients kept telling us: the high-end billing systems were too expensive, and the affordable ones simply didn’t work as expected.

Driven by that gap, we set out to build a better, more reliable and more affordable ISP billing system — one that includes all the essential features internet providers need, at a price that works for both us and our clients.

Our mission is simple: deliver a solution that is powerful, user-friendly and cost-effective, helping ISPs run their operations more efficiently, serve their customers better, and grow their businesses confidently.

Eliud Machara

Managing Director & Founder

Eliud provides strategic leadership and oversees the company’s technical operations, business development and overall growth strategy. He brings over five years of practical experience in network design, network infrastructure, network equipment and telecommunications solutions — expertise that lets him oversee our network infrastructure directly and ensure deployed solutions meet operational and customer requirements.

Qualifications: BSc Computer Science (ongoing)

Bronson Mwiti

Director, Corporate Services

Bronson is an experienced business and operations leader with a background spanning financial management, telecommunications, ICT and business development. He is responsible for overall strategic leadership, business development, financial oversight, partnerships, regulatory compliance and coordination of key operational activities, and provides strategic direction on our ICT and telecommunications projects.

Qualifications: BA Economics & Sociology · CPA · Member, ICPAK

Eliza Razini

Head of Partnerships & Projects

Eliza is responsible for project coordination, operational planning and strategic partnerships. She plays a key role in fast-tracking strategic projects and software innovations — ensuring activities are properly planned, resources are available, timelines are monitored and deliverables are achieved. She also oversees capital asset management, from acquisition and maintenance through to replacement of the assets our operations depend on.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Clinical Medicine

Santa Kitti

Head of Operations & Finance

Santa oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, including human resource coordination, tax compliance and filings, bookkeeping, financial reporting and projections. She manages accounts receivable and payable — ensuring timely reconciliation, accurate records and effective management of our credit position with customers and suppliers — supporting cash-flow management and the timely execution of company projects.

Qualifications: BCom Finance · 4 years management experience in telecommunications
